Did you guys read my last post?? Your saying your hip flexors and low back hurts... this is called an anterior pelvic tilt... 90% of our population has this. Depending on what you do for work or recreational activities can make matters worse or better. You guys have to do some corrective streching in your lower back and hip flexxors and strengthen your glutes and lower abdominals to help put your spine back into "netural spinal alignment"! What do you do if the alignment is off in your car?? you go get it aligned (at a shop unless you know how to do it yourself) through loosing and tightening different components on the front end your car to put it back into alignement. Same thing with your bodies. your lumbar anf hip flexor muscles are tight and combating each other which is causing pain and discomfort. You can also do whats called SMR (self myofascia release) which is foam rolling the tight areas to loosen them up, kind of like deep tissue massage. Please ladies and gentleman... try it.. its free and you can do these things anywhere.. what do you have to loose?
