ok about two years ago i was squating and
not really paying attention and i tucked my butt and went down to peform my set when pop and then ouch!!!! my right leg went numb and i could not stand up (this sucks hardcore) so i go home and take some pian killer and stay home for 2 days i can fanally walk. so i go to the dr. he says its just tight muscles (he was an idiot)he gives me muscle relaxers for three days. (those things out you to sleep for all day. I deal with it for 6 months thinking it was nothing. Finally one day after my squat work out i tell my mom i cant stand it any more take me to the dr. (no pain no gain, more like lotta pain no gain) i go to the dr. (a diffrent one) she says i think you are ok just go to this sports massager 2 times a week. I say no you are gonna x ray my back.i had an x ray and a cat scan. turns out i had spondilolisis (something like that) where i fractured two of the vertibre on my right side lower back l4 and l5 right next to your tail bone & 2 bulged discs pinching the s1 root nerve. and there is nothing they can do for it. oh it hurts at night and durring leg work outs but i will never stop squating. i now can squat right around 500lbs clean not bad for 18 yrs old all natural so far. anyways i said all that to say a few things always always always pay attention and use not good form but perfect form on every lift i wish this on no one. Its constant pain. and my cycle that i am going to start as soon as this order gets here i wonder if it will help my back that would be great any body else had an injury??? sorry about the book edit- philippians 4:13 i can do all things through the juice that strengthens me!!!! |
