Anybody come across really painful forearms? 15mins into a workout, they're so sore, I gotta stop! Preachers with the bent bar are the worst. Any ideas?

Probally just tendenitis, take some some ibuprophen 500mg 2 times a day. Its the angle you put your wrist in on the preacher, give the preacher a break for 2 weeks.

Yup samething happend to me. its like a shin splint in your forearms. it can really kill a workout. i used mineral ice and rub it in good before my workout. i dont have to do this anymore tho....

yeah like shot said use the mineral ice and dont do bar for some time, dont worry the pain goes away it happened to me so i did more curls and it went away now my fore arms are stronger than ever. good luck
