I heard on another board that PF would be coming out with a product of this nature. What is the status on that?

i dont know if they accidently messed up, but the protein i got tasted like crap. i ordered choclate mass formula, and got something that tasted like super dry bread, like the communion they give out at catholic churches, and hints of bannana. but i dont get the last one, the whole bannana flavor, since i got choclate. hrmmm

Protein Factory rocks
Haven't tried the new product yet but everything I have ever ordered from Protein Factory has been excellent quality. I really can't say enough good things about them - the first to offer REAL high quality peptides and fractionalized proteins at bulk prices.

Actually as a followup to Caddys message about the foul tasting powder; what specifically did you order? I have used 8 to 10 of their protien powders and in general, the more highly hydrolysated (fractionalized) the protein is the worse it tastes; the caveat being that due to its lower molecular weight it is absorbed - MUCH - more readily by the body, so the utilization ratio is also a lot higher. The 520 Dalton weight protein (peptide) honestly tastes like bitter crap but the ability to absorb it, esp. post workout when you want to maximize assimilation is unmatched. So when you get to be an twisted old bastard like me you drink down a bottle of 10g CEE (YUCK!!!) that tastes like hogs piss - THEN follow it up with 40g of 520 and it don't taste to bad anymore, heheheh.

Reminds Me Of The Good Ole Days Wihen The Only Powder Available Was Joe Weiders Dynamic Muscle Builder- Either Mucus Or Puke Flavor , But The Label Stated ,"delicious" Oh Those Chunks That Refused To Mix Were So Delicious Just Like Real Puke.

Anti-prolactin Supps Isn't New, Its Just Not Widely Known...
Its Called "vitex" Or Agnus Castus Its A Herb That Was Commonly Termed "chaste Berry" Because The Woman Back Several Hundred Years Used To Put The Berries On There Clothes To Show A Sign Of Chastity And Pureness, Yadda, Yadda, Yadda Anyways It Legit, It Is Used By Women The World Over To Help Reduce Hot Flashes, And It Works... Great Anti-prolactin Supp. |

Peptides and fractionalized Protein are essentially the same animal. The advantage of each is the lower molecular weight; allowing the rapid absorption and hence assimilation of the protein into the muscle tissue. The main thing to consider is that this benefit is of primary importance for post-workout consumption - when you are driving up insulin and want to "pump" protein to the muscle cell quickly with glycogen uptake. During other times it's not a primary concern; and for late-night/overnight you want the opposite, a bigger slow release protein ala casein.
