Another story were the woman literally gets away with murder and still ends up with the kids.

If this story was in reverse the husband would be staying at the Hotel Pen for life.

WOW !!! hey claim the guy treats you like shit shoot him in the back and you are good to go .. he was shot in the back that sounds to me like he was leaving ... If a guy did that they would say she was running away ... I Have never figured out why woman put up that that shit if he is a ass hole the roll out the government will take care of you .....

Murder don't seem to be such a big deal in that part of the country.

I knew this punk once that was over visiting this girl, her X husband came by, there was trouble and he shot and killed the man. He tried to claim the X had pulled a knife, but the jury didn't buy it. Still he only got 3 years in prison for it.

By the way, the punk is now dead himself, they found him "over dosed" on drugs.

Maybe there will be justice after all.

I think I saw this case on "Snapped". I believe she was also having an affair and claimed some sadistic sexual addictions on her husband's part.

Yeah, she made claims that he had her doing perverted acts, and was violent towards her. If that was the case why didn't she report this stuff?

And again, he was sleeping on the couch at the time she murdered him.
