Back from Vacation!
Hey osbb! Just got back from a week long vaca. Found this rather interesting. The resort I was at didnt have a fitness room or anything so ya know I just improvised. Push ups yada yada! It was a quiet resort very relaxing. Wife and I go down to the pool every day and I take some time to do some laps. There are other people in the pool so I dont want to make a big splash so I just move my arms under water. OK doggy paddle! So fuckin what! LOL The next couple days Im noticing my lats are sore. Im wondering WTF! Yes boys and girls, it was the doggy paddle. LMAO! Im bringin it back baby!!!!!!!!! Now I can move some weight my friends, but this was different. Kinda cool I thought. Ok R~F~G~ Have at it! lol

Welcome Back From Vacation. Yes, Any Type Of Swimming Will Make Your Lats Sore, Even Though I Was In The Navy, Swimming Was Not One Of My Strong Points.
