i'm gonna have to say that i don't give a care what most say about my looks. i know that i've worked too hars and long to get to where i am.....and honestly i know that i am in the best shape i have ever been in. so, to all those who would criticize me you or the next guy..... tell 'em to get a hobby, or a role model, or like nyc said, sometimes a plain old fuck off will do.

I love when Im at work and I suggest to some fat overweight bitch that protein vs all the carbs will help them lose weight and gain a little muscle.
