would you make a good moderator
Needs to becoming a moderator
1 Be knowledgeable in various aspect of the fitness lifstyle 2 be level headed and interact well with the members.. (no god complexes) 3 Be active and not just in the secure ares like the mod forum. 4 Must greet the new members constantly. Be friendly and approachable 5 must add substanace to the site so the site will grow .....for instance, you read a good article. (post it here ) this should be done every few days atleast 6 if you source.. you need not apply 7 Keep your fellow Mods and members informed of pending dangers (if you can) 8 The title moderator used to mean something and people looked towards you for guideance and or help.. make this so once again 9 if you plan to just come here and do nothing.. then you will leave just as quickly as you came 10 Learn to spot things that need help and either take it upon yourself to fix or ask an Admin 11 If you think you can do the job and you have been around long enough (on the boards) 12 recruit member for the site

the biggest keys are to stay active and enguge members.. afterall that s why they are here.
and knowledge .. you don't have to know everything about everything.. your forteit might be dieting and know it like the back of your hand... so you post article after article to build yourseld a nice cozy library and help people along the way.. Leave the AAS or powerlifting to others

All good requirements for a MOD, Which shouldn't be taken lightly!! Especially this day in time!! Trust and knowledge are probably the #1 things to look for!!
