Typically, your mods and admins will have some great ideas as to who they would want to see added. Since they are on the board constantly and have a feel for what is happening. Also, your staff is out and about at other boards. So possibly a member here is already practicing their trade elsewhere. That is a good indicator of how they will perform for you.

8 The title moderator used to mean something and people looked towards you for guideance and or help.. make this so once again == some mods think they are God almighty (sorry, guys, but it's the truth)
9 if you plan to just come here and do nothing.. then you will leave just as quickly as you came == I'm always around when somebody needs me
10 Learn to spot things that need help and either take it upon yourself to fix or ask an Admin == I can do that
11 If you think you can do the job and you have been around long enough (on the boards) == I joined my first board in ... I don't remember ... years ago!
12 recruit member for the site == I ask good people to join but some are shy and don't post
