Thumbs up Inspiration : Genetics - what does it mean to you?

260lbs, grossly overweight, Bubba carries himself into the gym. With a butt that keeps swaying left through the who damn planet and given the fact he has'nt seen his dick in a few years, his self confidence not being at its best, is probably a damn understatement.


with dreams of getting aria giovanni ... dude tries to diet, starve himself 3-4 days at a time. Then tries to live off some tuna and diet soda. Hey diet is only Zero cals rite? and tuna, thatz what everyone says. Walks past GNC each day and looks as huge posters with larger than life images of his idols with veins popping out and he looks down at his pants,with the flab popping through his seams. His cash cows starts to grow skinny when he picks up his first mag for 5bucks while he could've actually bought 10 cans of tuna with that.

Its been two months, while the skinny little asian kids around him now have a little dragon growing in their abs calling it a sixpack, our man has lost 4lbs, looks like shit, carries himself around like a fat corpse. At 255lbs even a 25lb dumbbell seems like a ton while the 155lbs 5% bf in the tank is probably curling 65 for reps.

Bah ... he is on steroids .... everyone is. I am going to the store and buying that box of XXX-tech that is going to increase my testost-rone and burn all my fat into pure muscle. Goes about spending another 65$'s on a tub of fancy marketing jargon and goes back poorer than what he was in the beginning of the day. Hey, bodybuilding is an expensive sport right?

Then come the fat burners, the endless days and nights of pill swallowing. Pop in some prohormones and bloat up to complete the enchilada. Its called stacking, didn't you know? M-D and flex both said so. Hey I am a bodybuilder, I am not fat... I am offseason. Have'nt you seen, lee priest eats pizza all the time (ahhh bitch, too bad they did'nt tell you that lee also got up at 4am to chug down his 10eggs and steel cut oats before standing for that photo shoot)

At the end of 10 months, doing 3 bodyparts a day, with about 1/2" on each arms from all the Emmm-1-Teee and Nitros taken, farting like no tommorrow cuz of all the protein taken in all the wrong times and being atleast 600$'s poorer, Bubba thinks to himself, damn, if only I was like those dudes, who could eat all they want and still have their sixpacks. Its not my fault, I have tried so hard,its my genetics, so ...


FUCK GENETICS!

Dont blame your parents or the maker for the way YOU are, your life is in your hands.
You can blame a zillion things, bitch a zillion times about your popping knee,your broken wrist, or you can suck it all up and train till you hit the ground again.
You can choose to starve yourself, or you can choose to maintain a dietary routine and live by it till your goals are reached.
You can either pop in pills, look for deals and swallow all you get, or you can SWALLOW YOUR GOD DAMN PRIDE, accept your mistakes and re-learn all your training and diet.
You can blame it on your wife, your kids, your school, or you can wake up at 3am to lift.
You can blame it on your low paying job, or you can throw push ups and save money drinking till you pay your dues.
You can choose to walk out of here thinking, its real easy to TALK hardcore but its not in you to be hardcore, or take the first step by believing in your abilities to grow without drugs, steroids and supplements.


You really think the "juicers" with flawless physiques, got there by popping in pills from day 1? Some learn stuff the hard way, by screwing up, some are lucky enough to find the correct guidance and knowledge to lead them to the correct path. Everyone screws up sometime. The fact that they came out of it,and still stand tall is what defines you.


Dont bitch ... Fuck my Genetics .... first understand and analyse, the cause of your problems. Think about all the people who have reached great heights with bigger obstacles like disability and disease facing them. if you still bitch ... then go fuck yourself!


Apologies for all the profanity - just wanted to drive a point home

great post, yeah you can beat genetics easy... i was a fat kid my whole life, started working out, drinking some protein powder like junior year in highschool, and now im twenty and am not the fat kid, im the kid that people look at and say i quote " dude your arms are big as hell". i believe that having the so called fat kid gene has helped me to have such a big and thick physique. its the natural skinny genetics people suffer from that can't build muscle. they might have a six pack all year round, but they also weight 150 pounds.
