My World Championship Fight Info
As some of you already know I am a Toughman fighter and the 2007 Toledo Toughman Super HeavyWeight Champion. I am going to be invited to fight at the World Championships this year. I just found out some more info on the location and the dates.


Here is the info.


World championship

THE 2008 TOUGHMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL BE HELD ON Wednesday, May 28th (Weigh in/physicals), Thursday, May 29th (Light Heavyweights preliminaries), Friday, May 30th (Heavyweights preliminaries), Saturday, May 31st (FINALS) at the River Palace Entertainment Center inside SAM'S TOWN CASINO, Tunica, Mississippi. (just south of Memphis, TN). www.samstowntunica.com

Invitations will go out on Monday and will have information on event tickets, the casino hotel, travel information, food, prize money, weigh in times/showtimes, commission requirements, etc... (just an FYI, you will NOT need to get medical tests like in past years in Connecticut which will save you lots of money). ALL INFORMATION WILL BE IN YOUR INVITATION PACKET... (I am gathering info now, so don't call, I know nothing yet).

FOX SPORTS NET (FSN) will be filming the event for broadcast approximately 4-6 weeks after event. So get in the gym, ramp up the training..it is almost SHOWTIME!


This is some sweet news. I cant wait to get my invite and find out more.
