I think I had a bad day...

Been sick for a week, Left shoulder now exhibiting torn cuff issues out of the gym for over a week now and then comes today. If you thing shit cant get worse? You wrong. It can and does.

First dropped my $300.00 palm out of the truck and of course it smashed.. It still works though.

So then I get a bad call that dont go my way... Next I get i Boxers fracture in my right hand. The truck didnt feel a thing.

Not to stop ther I guess I did hit it hard enough to crack the bones in my wrist too.

Get home and go see Father in Law in the Hospital, been on the death watch for days. See him leave for 20 minutes to drop off KFC to the kids and the Wife calls He died.

Work is "Deciding" if I qualify for bereavement pay. Which means NO.

I refused to get x rays cause I am not going to the Bahamas Thursday with a cast on..

Oh. the forcast in the Bahamas for the next week? RAIN...........

That has to be one of the worst days I have seen someone go through.

Thanks guys, I'm up and in a better mood. Didnt sleep to good. THe percocet/Nyquill combo made me sweat like I was 10 weeks in on a 16week tren e cycle. Woke up freezing and soaked. lol..

Well, R~F~G, your hand will heal without going to a Doctor. I remember the first time I got some bones broken in my hand, I was in a big panic, The Master told me, "Dont Worry about it, it will heal", He was right, it does heal back, stronger and tougher than ever before.

Yup.. Not mine though...

I have had this fracture about 5 times in my life so I'm good. It's my wrist that has me worried.

Just got done packing for the Bahamas.
