What you can do in an Hour and 45 minutes
Cooked 3 pounds of chicken and packed them in 6 - 8oz portions
2 pounds of 93%lean meatballs and packed them in 4 - 8oz portions Hard boiled 18 eggs (6 is a meal for me) Packed 5 containers with 30g of walnuts Packed 5 containers with 32g of Natty PB Cleaned all the pans and broiler tray and put everything in the fridge for the week. So there is 13 meals. The Walnuts and Natty PB are sides to the 10 meat meals. Why arent you eating right? |

That is how you get it done - preparation. No excuses...I do eat more carbs than you though.

Do you ever get intrusive thoughts to eat carbs? That always happens about day 3-4 for me on that diet.
