Just when you get on a roll with your diet and workout program you catch the flu. Damnit, this is twice now for me that i have felt like i was on top of my game and all of a sudden BAM - sick in bed with a horrible flu bug. Just another one of life's little set backs.....

Just got over mine lasted two weeks, first few days were the worst,
Lots of rest ,gatoraid,oj and sudafed behind counter.

I was in the hospital all last week with neumonia. It sucked real bad. IV bags and breathing treatments all week. Then my 2 oldest kids got it and they were in the hospital this past weekend doing the breathing treatments and IV`s. Its the weather here that is bringing it on. One day it will be 12 degrees and snowing and the next day it is 35 degrees and sunny then back to cold and snow again. I hate winter!!!

I havent really been able to eat much since, I have been living off chicken noodle soup.

lol... what's going on??

Got pharyngitis 2 days ago. 102.5 degree temp.
Gave me amoxicilin n tylenol n sweated like crazy the first night but
felt a lot better when I woke up.
Fever went away but still ache all over.

So yes being sick sux...

Got an infection in my 2 lower wisdom teeth, they came out yesterday,Im miserable, guess it helps w/ my cutting diet, cant eat!
