Benchpressing Video...
Threw this up at WCBB so I figured I would put it up here too...
Today was my high volume day. 315 x 10 335 x 10 355 x 8 375 x 6 This is my first set 315 x 10. The 3 days I took off really helped. Although my chest/delt tie-ins are still really sore. I felt much stronger today. Im looking forward to my low volume week coming up. Weighed in at 302lbs today. I have dropped my calories a little bit lately... I am getting tired of eating. http://s16.photobucket.com/albums/b4...t=DSCF0562.flv |

Damn, that is some impressive poundage in there. I may not train for PL, but I thought I was doing good with my 405 for 6. I guess I have a LONG way to go! I am wanting to sort of incorporate both BB AND PL in my routines, I have seen so many people (including myself) see a huge difference in muscle density while using both methods.

I completely understand the concept of getting tired of eating. If you ever have a social lunch with friends and spend two and a half hours, you find that it's time to eat again before you leave the restaurant.
