unbeleivable...

i'm so glad everything ended up well, but that type of service in an emergency situation is rediculous. definitely take it as high up the ladder as you can with the complaints.

and you're right about them saying it's out sourced b/c of the other docs reading it better -- complete BS... its about money, period.

unfortunately if we end up with national healthcare this is the type of service we'll all be getting, emergency or not.
