I hate to bring up something from a dead board but, before SSB choked on a fish bone they had a personal trainer section. This section was ran by trainer J, he had some awesome threads going about everything from nutrition to inspiration. It was probally SSBs best section.

Trainer J was constantly online and almost felt like you were talking with him in real time! Just a great section.

Getting a knowledgable individual who will run a section like that and be very active in the section would be an awesome addition to OSBB!

i think this board looks great. there isnt anything that you have not done that would make it better

there are just too many boards out there. i started here back in nov. almost 2 months ago, but only made my first posts today basically january!

i usually am on OLM and MU and by the time im done posting so much on those boards, i forget about this one or any other that i surf. so its not like i dont like it here, its just taht i can only type so much before i get sick of the computer i take a break for a few hours them im ok again LOL

just keep doing what you're doing. you guys are doing fine.
