LMAO! Yes it is but they usually wait til there are about 10 impatient people in line like me- the worst is when you are the next person and they dick around endlessly and whip out coupons and then dont even have enough in the bank to cover what they bought so they ask the cashier to start line voiding items off the list til they can cover it- these people plus tren equal not so random acts of parking lot violence.

I will not shop at Wal-Mart in the beginning, middle, or end of the month for this reason. Damn government check trash.
