helios w/ a little t3 seems to make my cat very lean quickl, even good for spot reduction.

you might want to look into dave palumbo's lipolyze, it's a fat burner that utilizes small amounts of usnic acid, and the best thing is that it is not catabolic like every other fat burner out there (stimulants raise cortisol levels).

cardio 40 min ed at a med - fast walk - do not run if preserving muscle
some inj l-carnitine 30 min b4 cardio
water - water - and some more water
