Yoghurt
Is it OK to eat yoghurt or should it be avoided? I try to increase my protein intake with dairy but my X used to say that dairy makes you chubby. What's your opinion, guys?

Never had a problem with yogurt - regular has too much sugar and fat tho - I go for the non fat with splenda - Dannon is good. Also NOn fat cottage cheese, I never used to like it but now I do - I eat some before bed - nice slow digestion.

Dairy makes you chubby?? haha! anything loaded with sugar and fat will! Like bus said, check the label and you should be fine...

Thank you, guys.
I bought nature yogurt, no sugar, no fruit, nothing in it. The only thing I add is a scoop of Whey chocolate taste. It tastes like a chocolate mousse! |
