Doing well guys, great to hear from you. Well me and the wife just had a house built here in VA and we should be finished and in by Thanksgiving. Things couldn't be better on my end. still about the same height, weight 6'4" 265#s or so.. after we get into the house I will be concentrating more on my lifting again... hope to hear from you all again soon..

life has been hectic here, i just closed on a house in the northwest and the whole process with moving and getting settled has been crazy hope all is well in your life bro
