The flu or a cold

I just got up and my head is spinning, I have a high temperature, I feel like crap. The problem is that I have to go to work in less than half an hour. Should I hit the gym later or not? I hate skipping a day but I know that my immune system is fighting that virus .... What am I gonna do? I need someone to take pics of me (took a couple with my webcam yesterday but how can I pose when I have to move that stupid mouse?).

Sorry, folks, I had to vent ...

Hey Girlie,

Sorry to hear your not feeling good. I know that there has been a few times that I was sick and forced myself to go to the gym. I didn't lift really hard but I hit the cardio kinda hard to sweat out the cold. And it seemed to work for me.

Of course there have also been times where I was already past that point and was way to sick to get out of bed so I did'nt do anything for days. Just depends on how sick your feeling in the morning when you wake up.

Hope ya get to feeling better. And why can't your friend take the pics for you, it makes it way easier on ya.

Guardian

Hey, Guardian

I just got back from work and gym. Work was hard (my head was pounding and I had terrible sweats lol) but gym was nice (bis/tris in supersets, short workout of 40 minutes, good pump).

I'll take a day off tomorrow b/c I go to the FIBO in Essen to meet Ronnie Coleman himself. I'll do cardio later if I'm not too tired (Essen is 4 hours from home).

Thanks, G!

I just got back from Essen. Coleman will only be there on sunday but I met Chris Cormier and the guy is great! Charming and everything. Something funny happened. After my 3rd passage at the stand where he was, I asked him to sign a pic, he looked at me, asked me how long I had been working out, where I was living, etc etc. When I said "Brussels", he said "I have been there". So he signs his pics (putting To Bridget Nice Body on it ..... ct*) ). I walk away but the next thing I know he had stepped off the stage he was on, grabbed me by the waist and took me in his (muscular) arms. It felt great, I was there my body against his and him whispering "thanks for coming back"................. OMG, I wanna go back there on sundayct*)

So then why did you leave in the first place? Or why did'nt you throw some sort of line back at him? (Like) He say's " Thanks for coming back." and you say " Well I'd like to stay, if you have time for some company.

Next thing ya know it's MissCormier instead of Diesel...
