Road Kill Delight!

This is an old favorite of mine and Ironman's

While on a backroad pick up all freshly treaded animals. We are not picky if its still bleeding and doesnt have magots yet its "prime".
First fire up your grill and get it hot, take the fur or feathers of your roadkill,
-soak in salt water for a minute or 2
-depending on your level of hygene.
-spray it down with lysol
-throw on the grill
-Wait until its golden brown let it cool and enjoy!

What kinda seasoning? I think some thyme and rosemary brings out the earthy and gamey flavors of roadkill. Any suggestion on wine for this selection of yours? I actually suggest a 95 Merlot with any kind of racoon or possum.

Hey bro, I think you stole that recipe. I have already ordered this in some the finer eating establishments. & yes Big AL it did have thyme & rosemary on it.
