just wanted to tell everyone about my gains im just into my 5th week and i started out at 203lbs and 1cc week of sust 250 and 2cc of laurabolin, since i have bumped the test to 2cc week and the laura about the same.I have gone to 214lbs and 17%bf at 5'8" and gone up quite well in all of my sets,just put up 315lbs on the bench and never done that before,85lbs dumbell shoulder press, 365 squats,115lbs preacher curls, 50lb dumbell curls, well dont want to bore ya but im happy with my gains chewiniron

THATS GREAT BRO!!! I hope that the rest of the cycle works out well for ya. Keep us posted. Are you going to take Clen/T-3 at the end to get the BF back down?

havent really thought about what to do after to get my bf down i guess i need to do a little research for that. I dont compete but like to look good, whats the recomended bf% thanks for any info

There is no recomended bf% as far as I know Bro. Look in the mirror, thats the best recommendation I can give you. Personally for me, I like looking huge. I have dieted down in the past, once I drop down to around the 205lbs-210lbs mark, I just feel I look to fragile. I like it when my abs are visible, but not real defined. My training partner is shredded though. This is all about what you like bro.
