Ok, I've read conficting opinions. Workouts. Do you take a break at the end of a cycle or do you reduce the intensity of your workout?

A lot of people say to lower the intensity and or take some time off (like 1-2 weeks) from training. I do not myself. I keep the intensity the same year round (HARDCORE!!!) and I don't have problems with loseing much if any gains. I keep pushing as hard a posible normaly for 5-6 months then I MIGHT easy back a BIT just to let my body recuperate (for 3-4 days or so). But I never stop working out altogether.

I always take 1 week off to give my body some good rest after a cycle. After training extremely hard for 8 weeks you would want to give your body about a week off. Just my opinion bro.

I take a one week break every 12 weeks, exepct on a cycle. When I get off a cycle I hit as hard but not as long, take long breaks in between sets
