Is it a good idea to stay away from alcohol altogether when dong a cycle? Every great once in a while I'll take me a puff to relax.

What kind of alcohol are you talking about? I have read that using alcohol on steroids, or not on steroids inhibits the growth of muscle, plus all the extra carbs will make you fat anyway. As for "puffing" if it is what I think it is...you'll be eating more and hopefully growing bigge size. |

I herd that alcohol kills protein synthesis by 30%, as little as 2 drinks can do this.
I guess if a guy needs somthin to help out the appetite on a cycle he might as well puff away. Just 2 loads form Shine. Peace, Shine.

Yes, the Brew kills the protein, and the Puff doesnt help the est any at all. You CAN do it, but why waste that much money on a cycle and not take any advantage of it.

I think some guys use the puffin method to keep roid
rage at a minimum, personaly I am pretty darn easy goin, don't need to puff. But there is different things for different juice heads I supose.Just my 2 cents so don't any body get pissed off. Peace, Shine.

I personally stay away from alcohol during cycle... I feel so great on cycle - I don't need the booze!

I agree with everyone on this. You should totally stay away from the alcohol while on cycle. I personally think you should stay away from every kind of "extracurricular" drug activity during a cycle since they aren't good for your body, and they do inhibit gains. Puffing away during a cycle isn't the best thing, but I know it's hard for some people NOT to do anything. One of my very good friends is an aspiring muscle model, and he puffs everyday almost and he looks fantastic, BUT when he DID take time off from it, he noticed that his gains were greater, and he didn't get irritated nipples from his cycle. personally I believe that it can actually help gyno along.
Why don't you try to do at least half of your cycle without any "fun" drugs. see how it works for you. Everyone's body is different when it comes to this, but steer clear of the alcohol. Your body is already being strained from the gear (liver inparticular) and why put extra strain if you don't need to? Plus you need all the protein you can get... J
