Hey peoples, need some quick help here.
What is the best way to break poundage on the bench? I have been at the same weight for a while, I have tried adding weight every set, I have tried negatives, and incorporated more chest exercises: cables, dips, flies....I am trying to put some massive size in the pecks, feels like I have hit a plateau. |

Sounds about right...Just kinda frustrating, suffered a rib seperation in my chest last FEB, and lost more than 100# on my bench, no matter what I do right now, can't gain it back. We'll just have to see what the SUST and Deca does....LOL!!!!
Anyway I like looking like I can lift a house,we'll have to wait and see.. ![]() |
