Thank you very much for your reply. I appreciate everyone's feedback. I am not one to nor do I have the time to write down every little thing I eat. I do try to pay attention to keeping my protein over 100 grams and tapering my carbs throughout the day. You know eating most of my carbs in the morning and afternoon not in the evening. But damn I sure do love a Carmello every now and again but I only had one on Saturday this past week. I mean am I gonna have to eat perfect and write everything down to see some results. I do my cardio 6 days a week (usually 30 minutes, intense). I hit the weights three days a week. Oh well gotta go to bed. Thanks again.

Oh by the way, I am going to do 10 mg Anavar per day. How long should I stay on...weeks?? Also, should I do the Clen with it or an ECA stack.

LOL flat - how did you know?! I would suggest an 8 week cycle, but my next one will be 10. It's really up to the user.
If you want to add in clen, make sure that you ALTERNATE with an ECA every two weeks. Also make sure you taper your clen up and down within those 2 weeks. The ECA, just follow the directions on the bottle for the two weeks you're off the clen. You'll be burning fat like a machine burns oil.

Are you planning on doing ONLY anavar and clen/ECA? Just curious. And it sounds like your diet is pretty darn good. you don't necessarily have to write down EVERYTHING you eat. Just make sure you have enough energy to burn when you work out. Is it at all possible to add in another day of weight training? Maybe cut out a day of cardio and replace it with weights. The reason being: (and I can't stress it enough): The more muscle you have, the more and faster, fat you will burn!

you should also remember to eat a good breakfast, full of the essentials, have a midmorning snack (maybe a protein bar, or a fruit bar), a nice lunch, a mid-afternoon snack (an apple or banana, any type of fruit works well), and then a lite dinner. Eating this many times a day, not big huge meals, will help you get to your goals as well. I once was at 23% bf, and in like 3 or 4 months I dropped down to 11%. This was naturally though, so my nutrition was a little different. I was eating for JUST my body, and not compensating for anything that AS would be adding or taking away. I also trained very hard, I was dedicated, and I ate a very strict diet. Same thing day in and day out. I can still remember it I think:

Morning -
Eggs, cranberry juice, OJ, dry toast (sometimes with jam or lite butter) and a piece of fruit. (usually a peach or a banana

On off days I would have a small bowl of granola cereal instead of the fruit if time allowed.

Mid-morning - protein bar or banana

Lunch -
Salad with chicken, no croutons, lite dressing sometimes.

Mid-afternoon snack -
protein bar or fruit

Dinner -
Chicken with broccolli, carrots, or some other form of healthy dinner. This is flexible.

Sometimes before bed (not after 8 PM) I would have a lite snack.

Ok, I think I have babbled on enough. You would want to compensate your body with some more carbs (although apples, and bananas, etc are great sources of simple carbs), you should be getting enough protein, and I'm not 100% positive about the calorie intake. You have to go by what your body tells you. If you feel fatigued, add some more calories or carbs. You have to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight.

Yes, I am just going to do the 10 mg of Anavar each day for 8 weeks. What do you mean to taper the clen? Tell me how much I should take for the two weeks I am on and then when I am off can I do Carbolizer from GNC for the next two weeks?

Start the clen with one tab/day. then add one tab per day until you are shaking like you have alzheimers disease lol.... then just back off by a tab. You can actually take clen for about 20 days before your receptors down regulate.
So it may look like this:
tabs/day (12345655555555543211) if 5 is your ideal dose. You taper up,stay at a dose for so many days then taper down.. This is the way i do it some may have a different opinion.

for her first time, you really want to put her on 5 tabs??? After 4 I feel wired as hell, and I've been doing this for like 3 years. I would stop when you feel fit. 4 would be ideal. your bodyfat isn't all that high for a woman leggy. Actually, you fall right into the "average" range. D-F got the idea though. Dose up then down. E-Z!

I suppose it wouldn't hurt. I haven't ever heard of the product. Sorry, I didn't see that you asked about it. :( You can stack that with the ECA on the weeks off... from the sounds of it, it just sounds like it's supposed to metabolize carbs faster... am I warm?? is it like an ECA or what? Look who's asking the questions now. LOL Oh yes, and for your ECA, you can go with Hydroxy Cut if you wish. It's not expensive, it's effective, and it's readily available at GNC, since you seem to be a GNC shopper. J

Yea i was just giving 5 as an example, i know my wife cant handle more that 4 either.
I like Xenadrine ECA because you can take less pills per day to get the same amount of ingredients.

2-4 clen tabs should be more than enough for a female. As Juicy said on the 2 weeks off, from clen, do either Hydroxy cut or Zenadrine, just follow the instructions on the bottle.

Alright, what does Anavar look like. These are a pinkish color, with a T on one side, shaped like a house. ???
