I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL THE ADVICE. I THINK I'VE GOT THE GYNO BEFORE IT GOT ME. I'VE STARTED TAKING 3 NOLVADEX A DAY NOW AND MY NIPS SORENESS HAS DECREASED SIGNIFICANTLY. HOPEFULLY AFTER A FEW MORE DAYS IT WILL GO AWAY COMPLETELY. JUST WONDERING IF I SHOULD KEEP TAKING NOLVADEX AFTER PAIN COMPLETELY GOES AWAY OR MAYBE CLOMID? ANY ADVICE WILL BE WELCOME. THI8S IS MY FIRST CYCLE AND I OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T STUDY HARD ENOUGH. ALL I WORRIED ABOUT WAS STICKING MYSELF WITH THE NEEDLE. BY THE WAY MY CYCLE WAS 200 DECA EVERY FIVE DAYS AND SUST. 250 EVERY OTHER TIME I INJECTED THE DECA. ANY POINTERS????

Glad to help bro'. I'd take in the range of 60-80mg per day (nolvadex) until the pain goes away.Then at 10-20mg/ed afterwards throughout the remainder of your cycle. You are on pretty low dosages. You must be very sensitive to gyno. I've ran test,deca,and eq at low doses like you are on and never even used an anti-e with no problems whatsoever except for deca dick. The deca may be the culprit for you because it is progesteronic. What is your current bf%?. You may want to include Clomid starting 2 weeks after your cycle ends and continuing for 3 wks. 50mg ed should do you to help kick your natural test production back up and keep some gains.

No Problem! Next cycle try Eq instead of deca and run Arimidex or Femara all the way through. If you do use deca again make sure to throw in some winny to combat the progesteron. Might want to think about adding the winny now if you have a few weeks left on ur cycle. Get with me before ur next cycle and we'll get it all planned out! Later

Good to hear bro! Listen to MP on the way to take the rest of the Nolvadex. If you are this proon to Gyno at such weak dosages, then I would recomend taking about 10mg of Nolvadex with any cycle (With AS that aromatize). As for your next cycle. Take 500mg of the test every other time. Or take it 250 EVERy time. I would personnally say 500mg EVERY, but thats your call.
