Post Sample Day. Newbies=Good Information

I am getting atleast 3 emails a day from people looking to see how I put on 34lbs. on my first test. cycle this year. For those of you that didn't read any further, I kept 26 of it. I don't mind the emails, but the diet questions are becoming a little abundant. Other members, vets, and mods; I know this is posting in the wrong area, but the fact is there are alot of people on this board that obviously need diet information that won't do the research themselves. So if this could stay up a little while before deleting it, I'm sure the other guys geeting bombarded with email will appreciate it as much as myself. Sorry about the board space, but the emails have gotten too much for me to keep up with.
If you are looking for a diet, here is one that can assure you some great gains.

This program came from a NCCPT and will work for you.
