the other day i went to the gym and i could not get into the workout. i was not feeling anything like i know i should. so i just dropped the weight a little and repped out as many reps as i could. at the end of the workout i felt alot better, but nothing like i should. what are your ways of training on these days? i was almost tempted to just go home. but i figured i want to look like a certain way and that meens totall concentration. so i pressed on

If you are getting burnt, take a week off from everything and relax. You'll come back stronger than when you left and have better concentration. If it's just a one day thing, try changing your exercises and doing something new.

I LIKE TO PLAY LITTLE GAMES WITH MYSELF!! FOR INSTANCE I FIND SOMETHING THAT REALLY PISSES ME OFF AND USE IT TO FUEL MY WORKOUTS! OR I'LL THINK ABOUT MY EX-GIRLFRIEND AND HOW SORRY SHE'S GONNA BE COME SUMMER!!! OR JUST FIND YOUR EVIL PLACE!!! WE ALL HAVE ONE DEEP INSIDE IT'S JUST A MATTER OF FINDING IT!! AND IF ALL ELSE FAILS LIKE FLAT SAID, TAKE A WEEK OFF!!!
