YOU'LL WANT TO STICK TO HEAVY BASIC EXERCISES SUCH AS FLAT BARBELL BENCH, DECLINE BENCH,AND INCLINE BENCH.THIS WILL HIT YOUR CHEST FROM EVERY ANGLE.YOU'LL WANT TO STAY IN THE 4-6 REP RANGE FOR MASS.DEPENDING UPON YOUR EXPERIENCE THE SET'S WILL VARY.WHAT LEVEL OF TRAINING ARE YOU???
