I have been traning hard. I have noticed that one of my chest is larger then the other. How do I balance it?

HAVE YOU TRIED USING STRICTLY DUMBELLS??THIS WAY EACH PEC IS FORCED TO PULL OR PUSH IT'S OWN WEIGHT WITHOUT RECRUITING THE OTHER.TRY DB BENCH AND FLYES AND LAYOFF OF THE BARBELLS FOR AWHILE.

Ironman is right. The only way that you will ever get it balanced out is through dumbbells. Use them for EVERY chest movement that you do, Flat Bench, Inline, and Decline. Cable Machines are VERY good to build a balanced chest.

I find the chest to be very easy to build,try doing dumbell flyes for strict reps like ironman said,and you should see results pretty fast.
