How do those meal replacements really work, like M****x and stuff. Is it really a quality meal replacement. I asked the same question on MuscleChemistry and I got my ass chewed out. Am I missing something here.

Ok, like most people I doubt that you have the time to both consume and cook all the callories and protein that you need in a single day. It is a well known fact that most BB need to intake about 5-6 meals/day. That is where Meal Replacements come in to play. They help take away 1-2 of the meals that you most consume during the day. Its hard enough for me to get in 3 actual meals in a day let alone 5. Are they good for this, YES. Could you live off of them, no.
