I am getting back into the weights after several years off. I feel myself not being able to hold the pump. And I kind of feel atrophe the next day. I am going to order the protein and carbs by human development which is supposed to have the aminos in it. But I need a recomendation some other suppliments to go with it. This stuff out on todays market is all new to me. What is good and what is junk?

HEY BRO!! YOU SHOULD DEFINETELY INVEST IN SOME GLUTAMINE.IT SPEEDS UP RECOVERY TIME AND IS A MUSCLE VOLUMIZER.ID ALSO RECCOMEND SOME CREATINE.I'D TAKE 2 SERVINGS OF 20 GRAMS EACH TWICE DAILY ALONG WITH YOUR PROTEIN.PEACE BRO!!
