I've read some articles on whey protien and I am now a little confused, do you guys think whey isolate or whey consentrate is the better product to take?

whey any way ya look at it is good get some goatein protein made of goats milk,.

Isolate is better for cutting or slimming down. C is better for mass building.

bottum line, get lots of protein (the body adjust to one type after awhile so use all types)some say they work better all together at once(synergistically)
