Why is there no chatroom here?

Unless I am missing it? Don't think so, I have been to every corner and back in this site. Why not get one started up in here? I think it would be cool idea. How about it?

Yea how about it? I know other boards have chat rooms but none are consistent may be we can get this board going on a chat room

I like the idea, it would be alot easier for everyone that is online to get to know each other. It would be like a big party line! Who knows maybe it could come about. Only Ghost could answer this one.

I believe that it is a novel idea as well, however, would it be used? One of the sites that I belong to has a chat room and it just seems to collect dust so to speak. No one ever uses it. If we announce a specific time that it would be in use then it might be practical, but is a major programming hassle to set one up? Just my curiosity speaking.

Don't know, but I'm sure some techie could figure it out. I've seen other sites have specific times and dates for chats to motivate people to use them.

I think we can maybe just pick any MSN chat room (specify one like msn afterhours1 or whatever)and take over it, we can come and go as we please and we don't have to be on anyone's schedule. I think all you have to do is get an msn passport and then sign in to people and chat then go to join a room and then go in to the specific room. Of course you need to pick a nicname and we would have to know what your nicname is so we can recognize each other. Anyway, just my 2 cents worth.

thats the damnedest idea, know what? just might work too. we just have to pick a date and time that would be most convenient for everyone. I'll make this a topic on the general section of the board, or someone else can if they so please.
