Arrow AAS diet help.

From what I'm been reading, If you wanna get up to say 300lbs you'll need around 8000cals daily, plus protein of course so my best guess would be for me to get to 190-200lbs I would need a daily caloric intake of around 5000cals daily correct? This is my diet I worked up last night I'm not sure if I could eat this much.. so Ive heard alot of bodybuilders eatting frys and burgers just to get there caloric intake in daily becuase 9000cals is almost impossable to take in daily with just clean foods and having a job. So I don't know if eatting burgers and junk is really good to do becuase of high colestroal levels and buildup so I'm trying to keep my diet large and clean but if anyone has any thing to suggest or changes to the diet feel free to help out.

7 Meals
cals protein

1. 5 eggs 65g protein 995 cals
2 packet oatmeal 742Cal

2. 2 cups rice 260 cals 5.38g protein
1 cup diced chicken 35g protein 233cals

3. Shake 50gram 500cals
Rice seasoned 3g protein 130 cals

4. 2 cups rice 260 cals 5.38g protein
1 cup diced chicken 35g protein 233cals

5. 6oz Beef 54g 544cals
2 cup 266cals 12g protein

6. Shake 50g protein 500cals
2 cups rice 260 cals 5.38g protein
1 cup diced chicken 35g protein 233cals

7. 2 cups rice 260 cals 5.38g protein
1 cup diced chicken 35g protein 233cals

4898cals bump up to 5500-6000
386grams protein

Big Roid is an unknown quantity at this point
8,000 calories sound like 7 Big Mac combo meals. I'm 250 and can't eat 8,000 a day.

It's impossible to eat 8,000 cals clean. If this is a goal of yours then you will have to reach for the dairy products and greasy foods to up the cals. It isn't accurate stating that to gain such and such pounds you need this many calories. Find out what your maintenance calories are and you need to know what your body responds to more effectively. No two bodies are the same. You know your body better than anyone here. We can only guide you in the right direction.

To gain weight you of course need to eat more than you maintenance cals. How much is what you have to figure out. Between 5k and 7k and you'll see weight gain for sure.

I forgot what my maintenance was I'm pretty sure anything over 3000 prob is over my maintenance sadly enough ahha but yah I'll aim for 6000cals daily 7 meals. No mickydee's but theres also alot of other high caloric foods that won't give you a heart attack and clog your arterys to bad haha

There is a fine line between gaining quality muscle(with a little fat) and eating too many cals and pushing your bodyfat% way up. If I were you, I wouldn't worry about the weight so much, but rather focus on the amount of muscle you build. The more fat you put on now, the more you have to deal with getting rid of later. Your idea for a clean bulk is a good way to gain some quality mass. Granted it is a much more difficult diet plan then mcdonalds and dairyqueen, but then again bodybuilding is not an easy task.......Are your measurements dry(uncooked) or cooked? Because 2 cups of dry rice is a lot when it is cooked, and very difficult to eat at once. I'm 272 and 2 cups rice with a couple chicken beasts make me want to puke.

Id have to go with Cobra on this one. Stay away from any fast food places. The tyes of fat aren't the ones you want going into your body, bulking or not. Mix up you diet too. All that rice and chicken needs to be complimented with some other choices. Fish, lean meats, whole grain foods and def plenty of vegies for the nutrients. We always forget about vegies because we're to concerned with the lean mass we gain. Adding some of these with inturn boost your results, guaraunteed!

Cobra is right on that one. You have to remember to if you eat a chicken breast at wendy's it is not the same as a fresh one from the frozen section at the store. The ones at wendys are likethe burgers it is a processed food. Jst a little tip cause. It never affected mee eating a chckn breast from there but when it comes to 3 weeks out you want to stay away.
