My diet is boring and not effective. I want to reduce my bf% and I can't eat large amounts of food.
Could anyone help me?

Thanks.

You have to find things you like and get good recipes for them. Most of the recipes my wife and I use we make up but you can get a lot out of magazines like Cooking Light. Let us know what kind of foods you like and we can share some recipes with you.

Check out the recipes on my site. There are a bunch of good ones there. Also the Thai Peanut Chicken I posted a little bit ago in this forum is great.

For a quick lunch I like to throw a chicken breast on my George Foreman grill and then eat it on a bun with a slice of cheese and turkey bacon....yummy.

Other than that I'll ask my wife what some of her favorites are and post them up....

Thank you, SoCo. I'll try these recipes! Thai Chicken makes me hungry already (I have eaten 30 minutes ago!).

My wife also came up with a pork chop fried rice and a really healthy pasta with ricotta marinara sauce. Once I get Dreamweaver installed on this machine I'll add all those recipes to my site.
