It's not the most healthy of foods, but if you go to McDonalds, Burger King etc at the rush times (lunch dinner) and just walk up to the side of the line and tell someone that you just went through the drive-thru and they forgot to give you your plain chicken sandwich, they don't even bat an eye they just hand you a sandwich, just rotate around from place to place.

bump for watching the meat sales at the grocery store, best bet is to buy as much cheap meat as you can get your hands on while its on sale. Meat can stay good in the freezer for a very long time.

Don't know if you have ever eaten beef liver, but it is a very inexpensive form of red meat and packed with aminos. I have recently just started buying it and it really isn't that bad if you season it properly. Bump for everything above.

lol at some of these replies. anyway, be careful how much tuna you eat. it's easy to get "tuna-ed-out". i used to eat at least two cans a day, and now i can't stand the smell/taste of the stuff. no more albacore for me... blek.

I hear that! But the way I look at it, most of my diet is just considered "medicine" for my body. The only meal that I even try to make palitable is dinner. The rest is just dietary input. lol
I flavor my tuna with ketchup, btw. Takes away that "fishy" aftertaste.

Later,

CR
