WHos cutting? I am actually eating a bulking diet but cutting bf due to the amount of physical labor at work...

I am cutting right now.
Hitting the Kino Diet and 1hr of cardio 4 days a week. I am also taking t3 and clen. It is working pretty well.

ill start the cut in three weeks. trying to figger out how im going to get around this new job and eat good. its construction and we take one break so Ive been eating bars and shakes. when I start my keto diet I haft to get rid of the bars I dont no what im going to do. and this job is hard work so I just dont no.

Not necessarily cutting... but def staying strict with the low glycemic carbs... Summers coming... and the ladies WILL notice!

i'm still cutting here......300-350g protein/day.....150-200g carbs/high day.....75-100g carbs/med carb day......0-50g carbs/low carb day.....35-50g fat on low days, and 15-25g fat on high days.
