What are you Guilty of? Food wise...
Not so much a food issue but a water issue. I dont think I drink enough. I go through 10 bottles a day. And I piss all damn day... But sometimes I realize I am thirsty as hell....
I have also been a little loose on the diet but I need to right now. No junk just things I normally wont eat, white rice, wheat rolls things like that. So what about you? |

I have been going off the diet by not weighing food and snacking after 7pm at night. I'm always thirsty too but that's probably type II diabetes that's doing that. I gained 15lbs and it wasn't muscle. I have to keep night time snacking down to apples, and other fruit or a protien shake.

I don't do enough water as well. I'll go off w/ pizza & icecream w/ my little one.
When she comes up & says "dad will you eat some icecream w/ me" I just melt. I know I'm a sucker. |
