On thew Palumbo diet you get one "fatty" protein meal a day. It could be steak or some other lean red meat. All other fats should be unsaturated and EFA's.
Your fats should primarily come from Natural peanut butter, nuts ( almonds or walnuts are preferred ), or another source of high quality fats...olive oil, Udo's choice oil, Flax seed oil
Bro, if your eating string cheese and sausage links your doing an Adkins diet. Those sources of fat do nothing to provide your body with the nutrients it needs to build and repair which is paramount in the Palumbo Diet.
