RFG glad to see someone els is doing this and loging it so i can keep a eye on it.I will be starting the same thing at the end of aprill. I have been reading a lot of dave Palumbos stuff on musculardevelpment.com (i dont no if i spelled that right) he has a ? and annser post its great info. but im pretty shure he says no mws pwo.

and about the coffee I just posted a ? on ngn because I was reding on his ? and annser post that he dosent like stimz so I dont no if he conseders that a stim or not. its hard to get your day going without the caffein.

THanks Bro, Last 2 days have been hard. I want carbs now. I will wait until tomorrow night though..
I am gaining. I am up to 232 now and leaning out... Imagine that. Dont sound right but my laegs are becoming vascular and now they are creeping up my abs. |

Coffee's fine, as long as it doesn't have anything in it. Dave Palumbo will occasionally have an espresso shot before workouts.
He doesn't like stimulants because they raise cortisol, and cortisol is catabolic. DEFINITELY no pwo carbs. If anything, take some bcaas (pills, powders might containg hidden sugars/calories) if you are afraid of muscle loss. Like Alpineslide said, ANY carbs (even carbs from lettuce if you eat enough) will take you out of ketosis, and it takes 3-5 days to get into a state of ketosis. I think you have to stay under 50g net carbs a day. If he were writing a diet out for someone, he would definitely keep the coffee out though (only because of calories) and put exact meals and etc. on the plan, but RFG isn't using this to step on stage, so I applaud his creativity with this keto diet. No, I was considering it but I do tattoos. I cant shake.
I am running a Summer cutter so I may then. This is just a kickstart to the summer. I dont want to play catch up. |

I am on pretty much the same diet as you are.
Wanted to speed up the process so I am adding some clen in there. About to taper up 200mcg and back down for 3 weeks. I am probably going to throw in some t3 as well. Clen is making my hands shake too. Not too much of a problem. I am usually on a computer at work, so the hand thing is not too bad. Good luck with your diet.

My first time on his diet I cheated by ordering chicken from a chicken grill place, they use slight amounts of brown sugar and soy sauce in preparation, but it kept me from going nuts. So props to you for staying clean haha. Enjoy your cruise! |

I am taking clen and t3 as well. The fat is slowly coming off. The veins on my arms are much more visible. My abs are coming in slowly. I like what I am getting so far.
