Thanks cpt316, I have no carb catchup, and the marinades I use are dry packet that I mix with evoo and water. I use tobasco on the HB eggs.

4am

6 eggs over 3oz chicken (all omega eggs)

7am

2 tbsp Omega3 NattyPB and 50g Protein

10am

8oz Chicken

1pm

6 hardboiled eggs

4pm

50g protein

6pm

50g protein 2 tbsp PB



So far. Did legs today.

Looks good!

Maybe more fat though. I always did almonds with the chicken and olive oil with salmon and a big green salad. It depends on your weight and energy levels, and the results you are getting though, so that is up to you.

I have had alot of dental issues and almonds kill me. What about fresh peanuts? I can add EVOO to my shakes. 30ml at a pop. I like the taste anyway.

I am going to sub out the am eggs for a shake some days. I can rotate the meals correct?

How do you time your meals around your workout?

Right now I am 230lbs and maybe 14%. I was obese so I carry a bit more on the obliques than I like but it's my bane. I have a 4 pack now.

Haha, I forgot to tell you. I usually can't do eggs for breakfast like everyone else, at least not day after day after day. Plus I'd be running late for school and etc., so I just did the protein shake and two tbsp. all natural peanut butter. I'd buy cases of the isopure zero carb glass bottles and use those for my shake. Some days, I was just simply not around a kitchen or place equipped for the Palumbo diet, so believe it or not I just drank 6 straight isopures with 2 tbsp. natty pb all day. I did what I had to to make sure I was staying on the diet.

You can substitute almonds for macadamia nuts, and I think walnuts too. Not sure on peanuts.

As for the workouts thing, it is kinda tricky. If you can, try to find a set time to workout and set your meal schedule around that time. It won't be too bad if you are an hour off or something like that. You can always take BCAAs, I know Evan Centopani did this when he used the Palumbo diet to win his pro card.

As for cheat, Dave recommends whatever you have been craving all week, as the body knows what it needs best. He does AYCE sushi, and I do the same, I also hit up Sonny's BBQ for AYCE ribs, chicken, and beef with all the southerin fixins'. I know John Romano does chinese and pizza. So it is up to you buddy, eat what you want, you deserve it!

The weight loss will be compounded gradually as you go farther with the diet. I lost 25lbs in 12 weeks (3 months) but I felt great, looked bigger even, and was very pleased with my results. Strength was still there, and I didn't feel bad about losing the weight (I am very sensitive to muscular dysmorphia).

Oh, and soy sauce is an approved condiment/cooking oil on the Palumbo diet.

Helps alot, thanks for your input.

I have been enjoying Liverwurst.

I already bailed to the shake with 28ml evoo in the am. I cannot do eggs every morning.

Diet has been really clean. I bought lo fat mayo, I have to in the tuna. 4g fat per serving 1 carb. So in 2 cans of tuna there is 4 carbs, not to bad. I cant eat it any other way..

But it's basically been


4am
Shake EVOO

7am
6 to 8oz meat (chicken or beef) half avocado

10am

6 hard boiled eggs

1pm

shake w/ 2tbsp Omega PB

4pm

6-8 oz chicken or beef avocado

Dinner is whatever meat she cooked with a green.

If I am up after 10 I do one more shake with 28ml evoo...

No strength loss, tripled 500 on deads so that is a new PB. Shoulder is healing nicly flat DB teh 110's for 6 and inclined 225 for 8 so that is coming back nicely.

Tonight is pizza and wings for the Superbowl.

I am going to keep this tight as hell until March 6th at 11am. Thats when I get off the plane in Nassau, Bahamas. The bar is at the gate.

I think the low carb diet is the best thing out there.
Hard as hell to stick to, but if you can it is amazing!

For variety's sake you can get different kind of nut butter. Just read labels in the store to check the sugar/carb content. I mean, there is peanut butter, almond butter, etc. Check them out.

Also bro, where's the beef. That is the best part of a keto diet LOL. 90% lean ground beef is cheap, tastes good, and has great protein in it. I would crumble mine up, mix some beef broth with it, some minced onions, a little garlic powder and it was like a soup almost. ZERO CARBS.

93% lean ground turkey is a good bang for your buck. I get it for about $2 a pound and I love the stuff. Like beef, there are a lot of ways to make it.

I would have stuff on hand like a really small container of cottage cheese. If you just put like 1/4 cup of it on something like a buger patty you get the taste of cheese and its only like 2.5g of carbs.

I wish that I could help you more, but I can never stick to low carb diets. I', a pussy when it comes to food.

I eat alot of GB and BT on the weekends. I have 5 lbs of GT and 2 lbs of GB waiting.

Just cooked up 3lbs of the Ground turkey, 93/7 added 3 onions and 2 salt free beef bullion packs. I love this diet...

So far so good, I finally settled into cardio and I like the pace. 3.3mph puts me @ 120 bpm.

My Diet has been really good, maybe short a few times with the efa's..

I got to the point I load up a dose cup with 30ml of EVOO and slam it.

Meals have been

10oz beef / Walnuts
8oz Chicken / 32g PB (Omega III)
6 Hard boiled eggs (Omega III) Chalula Hot sauce.
6oz Liverwurst
4 omega eggs over with 4oz beef
Shakes are Isolate Pre and Post with 32g PB
Morning and Bedtime are 32g casien/28g Isolate/30mp EVOO

Only 2 cheats and the next one will be Sunday at 6pm again. So no wavering at all.

Question about PWO carbs. 40g Waxy or none. What do you suggest? Alos I am a coffeeholic. I dropped from 64oz a day to 24oz and I went to black from cream only.

Should I drop the coffee? Please say no....
