Lost Ambition/need help
Hey guys been off now for almsot 7 weeks. Since I came off I have trouble getting in the gym more than 4 days a week. My diet has gone to crap and Im gaining weight and don't feel all that good about myself. Im sure its diet and training but I need something different to get me going again. Im taking Nitrix/ Fish Oils/ Muli-vitamin and joint support supplements right now and thats it. No specific diet if anything i'm eating bad. Can you guys recommend me a good diet plan and over the counter supplement regime that I could follow that you guys have had good success with. I need something new to catch my interest.
Thanks guys |

Are you doing cardio? Maybe try taking a fat burner that will give you some juice before you hit the gym or do cardio. Eat smart bro, I'm sure you know whats good and whats bad. Check through all of our sponsors and see if they have a good product for this, if not PM me.

Here are some of the list of supps i have taken the past while with positive results...
X-Factor Leukic, Creakic, Gakic (yes i know but they actually do work decent) NO Xplode (Best product on the market right now!!!) BCAA+G by MSM (a great BCAA and Glutamine powder that mixes into water!) Tri-Lean System by ARLI (great for fat burning, the Lean Dream kicks ass!) For training look up DC or Doggcrapp Training on the net, its a great change of pace for your workouts!!!! Hope that helps!!! |

The Doggcrapp method I checked out. Its a system where you work a muscle group twicd in a eight day period but you only do one exercise for that muscle group that just doesn't seem like enough to me. But maybe I am overtraining which is why things seem to be going backwards. For instance yesterday on monday I trained chest and did:
5x5 dumbbell presses (heavy) 4x8 Incline press Barbell 3x3 decline press barbell 4x10 Incline flys 4x10 cable flys After that I was really burnt out and my chest is sore today. Is that too much? The DC system is just so strange to me. |

Yep, the Tri-Lean System is the best fat loss supplement available right now, and for the price you cant beat it for 90 days worth.

The trick with DC is INTENSITY! The extended sets , if put forth 100% effort, are perfect for packing on muscle. Also when starting this buy a cheap $1 notebook and track your progress. Each and every workout needs to have some sort of progress whether it be an extra rep or 5 lbs on an exercise, you need to push yourself. Then after a month or 2 of doing this look back at your first workouts and see how much weight/reps you have increased since. Im an experienced bb'er and lifter and am sore more often then not using this style of training. |

So I found A good site for DC training. Its only training 3 days a week. I know some of you guys will understand this. This just does not seem like enough training to me. Ive seen similar workout programs like for football etc. But they are 5 to 6 days a week at the least 4 never 3. Feeling out of shape and not being happy how Im looking right now this doesn't seem like I would be doing enough. Now I know you guys are far more advanced and have for more complet physiques then me so please let me know what I should do.
Thanks guys, |

There is a 3 and 4 day a week DC workouts, shit i just say the article on him in Ironman Mag last month it showed it as well. My advice if you dont feel like its enough is to do the 3 day spilt right in a row say mon, tues, wed, take thur off and do it again fri, sat, sun then take a day maybe 2 off and repeat. Go on how you feel. Some days i have to go to the gym and just hit cardio hard for an hour or so and stay away from the weights to make myself feel better.
You dont grow in the gym, you grow when you REST(sleep)! |

the motivational factor is YOU! sometimes when you're using it makes you want to give it your all. don't be a tool for supplements bro. i'm telling you. you have to do it. you said it yourself. your not happy with the way you look. so get out of that funk and get your ass in gear. DO IT NOW!. you know how you can look and you're in charge. make a plan and stick to it strictly. you'll thank yourself for it. you can try energy drinks, stimulators etc but it's all about your mindset. your mind is stronger than your bench press will ever be. good luck on your training bro.

A great motivation is go just about anywhere anymore and see that 80-90% of people are out of shape and overweight.
Be the 10% that stands out from those fat bastards. Loss of motivation will tend to lead to a fat bastard if not careful, so what ever it takes go the extra mile. Look at my signature by the way... Get it back dude! It is there. |
