Right now I'v been eating pretty much what ever I want. I am trying to get some bulk back that I'v lost the past 6 month of not being able to lift. With my matabalizam(sp?) I lose a bunch of weight when I'm not lifting and eating right.

For the most part though, I eat alot of the following

1. Chicken
2. Steak (when its a good price)
3. Beans
4. rice
5. oatmeal
6. Bannana's
7. Protein shakes and bars.
8. Costco brand slim fast drinks (when needed for a meal substitue)

Of course that list is not set up in order, it's just what I end up eating through out the day.

I will be starting a fat burning diet around the 1st of June and running it through the end of July, but I haven't got it all set up just yet.

Guardian

Well it all depends on what your trying to do right now. If your trying to bulk up then don't worry about abs at this point. Trying to Bulk up and cut at the same time won't get you anywhere. In my own experience your best bet is to figure out your goal weight. Then overshoot it by about 10lbs or so. Then do a total diet and work out change and rip back down to the weight you want.

So until your done bulking up, I wouldn't worry about the abs. Don't let them get to out of control. Keep the bulking diet clean. But if your abs kinda go away for a month or two while bulking up it's just part of the deal.
