Favorite drink
I know we have to drink gallons of water (liters for us Europeans) but I was just wondering which your favorite drink REALLY is.
I love diet coke. It has no calories and gives me the sweet taste I need from time to time. |

I'm so addicted to diet coke I can drink 6 or 7 glasses easy just in one meal seating

skim milk... By far. Then prot drinks.. I get up in the middle of the night to drink them.

Jose, straight up, no lime, no salt....
![]() Oh you ment like an everyday type normal drink. Well then that would end up being Mtn Dew... If I'm not lifting and sticking to a good routine I end up going through about a case of Dew every couple days. As long as I am lifting and training. It's all about water and milk. But if I start slacking off,,,, here comes the Dew.
