Bread: Yes or No?

When my X was here last October, I wasn't allowed any bread. He told me it was bad for me. You must know that Europeans eat a lot of bread, especially sandwiches (for lunch, for example). What I want to know is if it's so bad for a bodybuilder's health and diet. How much bread is allowed and what kind of bread?

Thanks again for your help, folks!

Oldman is on a distinguished road
you can eat low carb bread if you want hell eat reg whole wheat or whole grain if you want.. it depends on where you are in training.. if your going for a contest no.. if not yes in moderation.. you need some carbs in your diet. Sounds like he was a control nut

Yes, he was. I wasn't allowed any bread, any carbs after 4PM, any dairy product other than cottage, .... etc .... etc.

He was running Tren and I thought that gear was to blame for his behavior, now I doubt it. His moods were a rollercoaster and he kept blaming me for everything. Even though being single sucks, maybe I'm better off without him. I blame myself for this breakup and maybe I took him for granted, maybe he was right, I don't know anymore .....

Back to my thread. I eat a slice or two with lunch when nothing else is available but that's all and that's before I workout, so I guess I'm not overdoing it.

Thanks for the kind words, Oldman. This board has become a nice place where I can really be myself and relax, destress after a day at work.
