Question about Diet
I was wondering if your on a No Carb - Low Carb Diet, are the carbs in your post work out shake counted to the total number of carbs your allowed per day...?
I wanna add some honey or 20-30g of dextrose to my p/w shake, and dont wanna throw myself out of ketosis... any insight on this would be great thanks... |

you absolutely need carbs PWO if you want to recover, it is a must even when low carb dieting

Either use far more dextrose and reap the benefits of PWO carb glycogen replinishment, or do a true keto approach, because dex/carbs pwo WILL throw you out of ketosis.
Not a fan of keto diets at all, but that's another 224 page book. ![]() ~SC~ |
